Brooke Naziri, Director of Operations

Brooke Naziri serves as Pierce Law Group’s Director of Operations. She is responsible for overseeing the firm’s day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and exceptional client service. Brooke works closely with staff to improve productivity, implement firm policies, and ensure cases progress smoothly from intake through resolution.

Originally born and raised just North of Richmond, VA, Brooke moved to Raleigh where she attended NC State University and graduated with a B.S. in Environmental Science and a B.S. in Marine Science. She then received a Certificate of Paralegal Studies from UNC Chapel Hill to pursue her interest in the legal field. Outside of work Brooke has a scuba diving certification where she enjoys all the shipwrecks and marine life that North Carolina has to offer. In her spare time, Brooke enjoys reading, collecting vinyl, playing with her dogs, and spending time outdoors.
