    Work directly with North Carolina families on thoughtful estate plans and probate matters, in a collaborative, client-centric practice.

    What You’ll Do

    • Direct, hands-on client and case interaction
    • Draft estate plans and legal documents
    • Manage client relationships by email, phone and in person
    • Delegate to staff and collaborate with other attorneys

    What We’re Looking For

    • North Carolina bar admission (required)
    • 5+ years in estate planning and administration (required)
    • Outstanding writing, research and communication skills
    • Meticulous attention to detail

    • Comfortable managing client expectations independently

    What We’re Looking For

    • Paralegal experience, ideally in estate planning or probate
    • Strong organization and follow-through
    • Clear, warm communication with clients under stress
    • Comfortable with practice-management software
