Venulia Perera, Legal Assistant

Venuli Perera is a Legal Assistant at Pierce Law Group, committed to aiding our Attorneys with the various contested cases the firm takes on, running the gamut from Petitions arising from Estate cases to Partition Actions, Surplus Funds, and Guardianship matters.

Venuli works directly on each case, meaning she’s often the point of contact for clients. She’s always happy to lend an ear for any questions, take the time to explain any developments, or just provide up-to-date information on the case. Venuli is originally from Lexington, MA, which is actually about 45 minutes outside of Boston, but she’ll tell you she’s from Boston anyway. She moved to Cary, NC, to attend middle and high school, and she finally gets to claim a city she really lived in, having attended UNC Charlotte for her undergraduate studies. Venuli graduated from UNCC with a BA in Political Science, and is planning to attend law school in the future.

As a member of Pierce Law, Venuli is keen to absorb and reflect the examples of the knowledgeable, responsive, and thoughtful attorneys that make up the rest of the team. She hopes to provide the same commitment to success in her current role, and maintain these values through law school and beyond.

When she’s not at work, Venuli enjoys collecting records (she’s a big fan of classic rock), painting landscapes (she’s a big fan of Bob Ross), and watching Panthers games (she’s a big fan of disappointment). Currently, she’s also working on learning how to crochet, drive stick, and speak Spanish.
