Description of Case, evidence presented, and arguments made: Client was operating a vehicle towards an intersection. At the same time, the At-Fault driver while operating his vehicle, on a perpendicular street to that of client, approached the Intersection and stopped at the stop sign. At-fault driver, while attempting to cross the Intersection prior to Client, pulled into Client’s lane of travel, resulting in a severe motor vehicle accident.
